The world’s largest hotel group, InterContinental
Hotels, asked us to review all of their food &
beverage marketing collateral for the Holiday
Inn managed estate.
With the Olympics and the Queen’s Diamond
Jubilee approaching we were briefed to create a
campaign based around the theme ‘Best of British’.
The entire menu was dedicated to classic British
dishes with much of the produce sourced locally.
Our solution was to shoot a collection of the
Holiday Inn chefs with their produce. Working
with one of the world’s finest food photographers,
David Loftus, we art directed and produced a
collection of images that could be used across all
marketing collateral including menus and point
of sale. A hand drawn Union Jack was also
created as the badge for the Best of
